Busy RRS JAMES COOK - The Royal Research Ship JAMES COOK operated by the Natural Environmental Research Council and based at the Southampton Oceanographic Centre is about to start ROV Trials (remotely operated vehicle)  following refit.   The ship will then work in the North Sea and alter will spend much of October and November 2012 in the North Atlantic.    December 2012 will be spent in the Southern Ocean and in February 2013 the vessel will be in the warmer waters of the Caribbean.
